About Me

My name is Nick Graves and I have worked in the graphic design industry for over 8 years. I have produced a wide rande of work including website design, storefront concepts, vehicle wraps, wayfinding systems, and exhibit graphic design. I have worked with many clients such as the Royal British Columbia Museum, BC Ferries, and the Nisga'a Lisims Government.

Over the years I have worked extensively with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe InDesign. I am fully versed in HTML5 and CSS3, and have hand coded many websites from scratch including interactive components using JQuery, Javascript, and Adobe Flash. I have also spent considerable time running a large format printer and producing my designs first hand.

I attended Camosun College for training in web design, I have taken courses at Q College in Adobe InDesign and desktop publishing, and I am currently attending the Vancouver Island School of Art; working towards a certificate in fine arts, and at the same time developing a strong traditional art portfolio.
